Different Themes?

Is there a way to change themes? This one is physically painful for my eyes. x_x;
My eyes are bad with neon colors. ^^;

Just so I don't get confuzzled, the theme will be changing, so then yeah. I'll keep up to date on things more often, I've just been too busy WITH LIFE N STUFF so I'll be on for a while! Keep up the Good Work!
